Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our

team. The Technical Account Manager will serve as the bridge between our clients and

technical teams, ensuring that client requirements are understood, projects run

smoothly, and deliverables meet client expectations. This person will play a critical role

in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients by providing exceptional support

and guidance throughout the lifecycle of projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications and

maintaining strong relationships.

● Understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the design and

development teams.

● Coordinate project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and address any issues that arise.

● Provide technical guidance to clients, helping them understand technical solutions and advising

on best practices.

● Ensure project delivery aligns with client goals, quality standards, and budget expectations.

● Work closely with internal teams (designers, developers, testers) to ensure alignment with client

needs and smooth project progress.

● Identify opportunities for additional services or projects to support the client's business objectives.

Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in an account management or client-facing technical role, preferably in a

web and/or mobile design and development environment.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

● Strong technical background with an understanding of web and mobile development

technologies.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a way that

non-technical clients can understand.

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client requirements.

● Ability to foster trust and confidence with clients through proactive engagement and transparent

communication.

Nice to Have

● Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Bitrix, Basecamp or Asana...

● Background in UI/UX design principles.

● Knowledge of agile methodologies.
