Online Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage, measure and optimize performance for advertising networks and other monetization channels.
  • Manage relationships with advertisers.
  • Produce performance reports and metrics.
  • Analysis of user behavior, game usage, viral channels, revenue per user, user adoption, user lifetime value.
  • Competitive benchmarking
  • Design dashboards, metrics and reports. Work with development in their implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years experience in online advertising and/or business development.
  • Experience with CPM, CPC and CPA advertising. Experience with micro-transactions a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • A plus: Passion for games. Especially online, casual, or social ones
